- Items can be worn and don't need to have tags. Just ensure they're in good condition.
- Place a note inside your package with your order number.
Send Your Return:

Processing Time
Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your return. Exchanged items are sent out free of charge. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used, or as store credit if you prefer. We aim to make this process as seamless as slipping into your favorite lace set.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
