Step 1: Underbust → Band Size
Wrap the measuring tape snugly (but not tightly) around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Keep the tape level and parallel to the floor. This measurement determines your band size.
Step 2: Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Let the tape rest gently against your body — not loose, not constricting.
Step 3: Find your Cup Size
Subtract your underbust measurement from your bust measurement. The difference between these two numbers determines your cup size.
