- Items can be worn and don't need to have tags. Just ensure they're in good condition.
- Place a note inside your package with your order number.
Send Your Return:
Use a reliable shipping service to send your items back to us. Make sure the package is sent with tracking or proof of postage. All returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your return. Exchanged items are sent out free of charge. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used, or as store credit if you prefer. We aim to make this process as seamless as slipping into your favorite lace set.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a refund, store credit, or replacement. Please don’t send the item back before getting in touch with us.
